We use in-house resources that have years of experience working with IT channel partners, so we don’t have to spend time learning your business. We hit the ground running ready your environment; gather the data for your implementation; set up the charts of accounts; install the software in both test and production environments; and train your users. When you go live on VBS Software, your entire organization is ready to benefit.

Maintenance & Support

We understand that you expect great support from us. Our team provides maintenance and support that includes defect support, application enhancements and help desk. Our release cycle is four times per year, with major versions rolling out as needed. Customer input is built into the product roadmap, so you help guide our future releases.

We’re at your service to help when you need it. Help desk support is provided via an online ticketing system, and we are committed to providing you with the resources you need to ensure you get your questions answered in a timely manner. We complement our Help Desk with online documentation that’s comprehensive and easy to use. Our goal is to make sure you’re able to use VBS to its fullest capabilities and get as much benefit as possible.
